When we refund
If Stripe confirms your payment but the repaired file is not delivered or cannot be retrieved in the same browser because of a tool failure, contact us within 14 days with the email used at checkout and the approximate payment time. We will verify the payment and refund a confirmed delivery failure.
Completed downloads
Because the analysis is shown before purchase and the digital file is delivered immediately, completed downloads generally are not refundable. This policy does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
