Terms for using B. Arthur Tools.

Agreement and authorized use
These Terms apply when you use B. Arthur Tools. You must have the legal right and any necessary permission to process every file you select. Keep an original backup and review the repaired copy before using it in a live store.
Prohibited misuse
Do not use the service unlawfully, process data you are not authorized to use, interfere with the service or another user, probe or bypass security or payment controls, introduce malicious code, or use automated traffic in a way that disrupts availability.
Purchases
A purchase unlocks one repaired download for the file analyzed in that browser session. It is not a subscription. Do not close the checkout-return tab or clear browser storage before retrieving the file.
Refunds
Refund eligibility and the process for reporting a delivery failure are described in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that applicable law does not allow us to waive.
Third-party platforms
B. Arthur Tools is independent software and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for Shopify, WooCommerce, Stripe, or their services and policies.
Service limitations and warranty disclaimer
The tools make deterministic corrections and flag uncertain issues, but they do not guarantee that Shopify, WooCommerce, or another service will accept a repaired file. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, B. Arthur Industries will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption arising from the service. B. Arthur Industries' total liability for a claim relating to a paid repair will not exceed the amount paid for that repair. These limits do not apply where applicable law prohibits them.
Availability and changes
We may maintain, change, suspend, or discontinue a tool when reasonably necessary. We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised effective date. Terms in effect when a purchase is completed continue to govern that transaction.
Governing law
Ohio law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute must be brought in a court with jurisdiction in Stark County, Ohio, unless applicable law requires a different forum.
